Future Online Booking – Pingo
We are working towards introducing Pingo, a demand-responsive transport booking system, to make booking Connected Communities journeys easier.
During the initial testing period, all bookings will continue to be made by email to booking@glenfargct.co.uk.
Our team will enter these bookings into Pingo to test journey planning, pickup times and the management of passenger requests.
Once the system has been tested and we’re confident it is working reliably, we hope to introduce direct passenger bookings through Pingo.
For now, please continue to book by email. All journeys must be confirmed in advance.
